When you register for an event through us

When you register for a client’s event via our website, you are required to provide full contact details, as well as special / dietary requirements and other event specific information. You will find explanations as to why we are collecting certain data and what we will do with it. A separate Privacy Notice specific to that event can be found on each booking site, which you can review before you complete your booking.

When you contact us via the SAS website, you may do so by telephone, email or post. SAS therefore collects the personal information you provide (such as your name, email address, organisation), which will be processed and stored only so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your enquiry.

If you apply for a job with SAS, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you. Additionally, SAS may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different job opportunity.

Being on our website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media networks. These plug-ins remain inactive (idle) until clicked upon.
