We are currently recruiting an
ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR.
This full time post entails administering a number of associations, by:
- Maintaining and updating the membership database(s), processing new applications, collecting subscriptions, responding to member queries, updating the website and receiving grant applications.
- Arranging, attending and recording meetings, communicating with the membership and volunteer committees.
- Providing association conference support by assisting with the call for papers process, producing delegate lists and badges, collating material for distribution on site and attending the association conference.
- Setting up databases in EventsPro, inputting data accurately, co-ordinating association event bookings efficiently, invoicing, badging, producing accurate statistics and financial reconciliation.
- Manning the Salisbury office when the event management teams are away at events.
Required skills are:
- Able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Organised, with attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately with figures
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to deal with a cross-section of clients and committees
- Excellent computer literacy to include word processing, spreadsheets and database design
- Have a jolly good sense of humour
PLEASE NOTE: This Association Management team is entirely separate from the event management team and there will not be any opportunity to transfer across.
