The following awards will be presented at the CoreNet Global UK Awards Dinner on Thursday 12 February 2009:

Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year

The corporate real estate executive who has raised the profile of the industry, led a major project or generally earned the respect of his/her peers.

Corporate Real Estate Partner of the Year

The significant contribution to corporate real estate from individual(s) or team(s) across many disciplines will be recognised by this award. Entries are from individuals, teams and outsourced teams advising or in partnership with corporate real estate professionals on projects, ideas, ongoing advice and initiatives.

Innovation in Real Estate

This award is for in-house teams, service providers, consultants, developers, suppliers of systems or any other service provider who have produced a new idea or application in a corporate real estate context.

Sustainability in Real Estate

A project or initiative which has demonstrated a sustainable principle that provides an inspiring example to others in the industry.

CoreNet Global UK Young Person of the Year Award

The 2009 CoreNet Global UK Young Person of the Year Award for undergraduates currently undertaking a property course. Details are available from nbrealestate.co.uk.
