Checking Into The Randolph Hotel
Rooms will be available for check in at 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. If you require parking at the hotel this must be booked with the hotel prior to your arrival and costs £25 per day, to arrange please contact the Concierge.
Arrival Before or After Thursday 23 September
If you plan to arrive after Thursday 23 September please check in at the main reception in the normal way. Your AARPI information pack will be delivered to your room. If you arrive before Thursday 23 your welcome pack will be available for collection from the welcome desk on Thursday between 1pm and 6pm which will be located in the Garden Bar at the hotel.
Arrival on Thursday 23 September
If you are arriving between 1pm and 6pm on 23 September you will be able to pick up your AARPI information pack from Hospitality Desk which will be located in the Garden Bar at the hotel.
Checking In For The Event
Please check in at the AARPI Hospitality Desk to collect your badge and Event Pack (if it has not been delivered to your hotel room). The Event Hospitality Desk will be open on Thursday, 23 September: 1pm - 6pm in the Garden Bar at the Randolph Hotel.
Welcome Reception
On the evening of Thursday 23 September there will be a Welcome Drinks Reception and Dinner at 7pm in the Ashmolean Museum which is located directly opposite the main entrance to the Randolph Hotel. This will be followed by a three course supper in the sculpture gallery of the museum.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the Restaurant from 7am to 10am, (8am to 10.30am on Sunday).

If you have any special requirements, dietary or otherwise, please let us know in advance by email to . Please note that a lot of the tours are walking tours, so please bring appropriate footwear and wet weather clothing.
Dress Code
Dress for both the Friday dinner at Exeter College and the Gala dinner at the Bodleian Library on Saturday will be lounge/business suit (not black tie). Dress for the remainder of the programme is at your discretion.
Transport Arrangements For Tours
