This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place in the Hotel Alfonso XIII, Seville, Spain.
The 5 Star Hotel Alfonso XIII was commissioned by the King of Spain in 1928 to be Europe's most luxurious hotel. It embodies the tradition, hospitality, aesthetic genius, and harmony of life that characterizes Seville. Hotel Alfonso XIII has served royal families, heads of state and innumerable personalities from all over the world and offers a total of 147 bedrooms.

All rates are for bed and breakfast (single or double occupancy) + 8% Spanish VAT. These rates are available until 4 July, when the rooms will be released back to general sale. The preferential group rate will remain available for reservations made up to 4 October 2012, but are entirely subject to availability. You are therefore advised to book early. Additional beds are available for a charge, baby cribs are complimentary (must be in a Grand Deluxe Room category or higher).

Room reservations are made directly with Hotel Alfonso XIII using the link above and not through AARPI or SAS Event Management. Reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking. Reservation charges are fully refundable up until 31 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of arrival all reservation charges are NON refundable.

Check in is from 15.00, and check out by 12.00.

Breakfast is served in the Restaurant San Fernando from 07.00 - 11.00.
